The original one never worked correctly. I had to order some parts so I went ahead and ordered a new one. The new one works great.
I was having problems with my light I thought it might be a loose wire. I filled out a form and a rep contacted me right away. Made a suggestion that I might try a USB, I did and it worked. Sailrite right away mailed out a new USB and the rest is history. I am every pleased with their customer service.
